1/2# Bacon
1/2 small chp. onion
3 cloves minced garlic
1/4 c pk'd brown sugar
1/4 c strong brewed coffee
1/8 cup maple syrup
1/8 cup balsamic vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon and drain on paper towel. Save bacon grease
Chop bacon and set aside.
Heat bacon grease and saute onion and garlic for 4-5 minutes. Drain off grease and add the last 4 ingredients to the onion mix.
Stir in chopped bacon and simmer on low for 10-15 minutes until desired thickness.

Great on burgers and other meats and to top baked bruscetta with cheese.
