1 (6 oz.) cherry jello
1 cup hot water
1 can whole cranberries
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
3/4 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix jello, hot water and cranberries together and place in refrigerator until setting.
2. Combine cottage cheese and sour cream and fold into cranberry jello.
3. Fold in chopped walnuts.
4. Pour into clear glass bowl and refrigerate until set completely.

My Aunt Margaret made this for our Frech family Thanksgiving feasts. I absolutely loved it! Sweet and tangy- it is a wonderful side for turkey.
