1 cup packed, cooked rice. We use brown rice.

1 cup boiling hot water

1 boullion cube. Any flavor, vegg, no-chicken or no-beef.

1 foil pkg Daiya brand cheddar cheese sauce.

Directions:
Directions:
Use a high immersion blender for this, like a Nutribullett.

Combine cooked rice, hot water, boullion cube and foil pkg of Daiya cheddar sauce.

Blend until sauce has a ‘sheen’. Underblending will produce a dull looking sauce.

Serve immediately. Store in fridge.
