3 jalapeņo peppers, seeded and coarsely chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, coarsely chopped
3 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup cider vinegar
6 ounces liquid fruit pectin
2 tbsp lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
Place chopped peppers in food processor and process until pureed.
Combine puree, sugar, cider vinegar in non aluminum sauce pan.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 3 minutes. Stir in pectin and lime juice.
Boil another minute, skim off foam.
Have boiling water ready. Pour boiling water into 3 half pint jars to heat the jars and then pour water out.
Pour the jelly into the hot jars until about 1/4 inch from the top.
Wipe jar rims, cover and screw tops on.
Store in refrigerator.
