1 1/2 tsp yeast
3 Tbsp Sugar
1 c warm water

3 c Flour
1 1/2 tsp Salt
3 Tbsp Oil

2 Pots of boiling water

Directions:
Combine 1st 3 ingredients and set aside for 5 mins...if yeast is good it should form a goam on the top

Combine last 3 ingredients in order..mix salt into flour.

Add wet mixture to to dry into KitchenAid

Stir for 3 mins then stop ...if dough is sticky add 1tsp of flour if to dry add 1tsp of water..

Set KitchenAide to 2 and knead for another 7 mins.

Lightly coat bowl with a spray oil place dough loosely covered in oven with boiling water for 1 hr allow to rise.

Remove dough, punch dough and form into loaf and place in greased bread pan, place in over for another 30 mins with boiling water

Remove towel over dough, leave the water and set oven to 350..allow to bake for 30 - 35 mins. Remove bread check for doneness by removing bread and tap in the bottom center ( should sound hollow )..you can cook for another 5 mins if necessary.
