Ingredients:  
20 Large and meaty tomatoes
4 Large green peppers
4 Large onions
4 Small hot peppers
6 Stalks celery
1 tsp. Crushed garlic

Chop above vegetables into chunks and throw together into a large pot or canner.
Add:
1 C. white or red wine vinegar
2 ½ C. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Salt
1 tsp. White pepper
1 – 2 tsp. Cilantro
1 Can Tomato Paste

Cook for 2 ½ to 3 hours over low hear until real thick.

Can in Pint or ½ pint jars.
