1 jars salmon
onions and celery cooked in butter until tender
1-2 T lemon juice
2-3 eggs
salt, pepper, curry, whatever
1/2 C milk
1 tube of crackers broken into crumbs

Mix together. Make into patties and fry until brown on the outside. Delicious

I got this recipe from my friend Terry. We met at Colony High School. I interpreted her math class. She is one of the best math teachers I have ever seen. We have since become good friends. The first time we went dipnetting was with her family in the Kenai.
