Luau Ribs


Ingredients:

Yellow Mustard- ¼ c.
BBQ Rib Rub- ¼ c.
Pork Ribs- As Needed
Luau BBQ Sauce- 2 c.

Directions:
Directions:
1. Prepare Pork Ribs by scoring the back membrane side with a knife in a criss-cross pattern.

2. Coat the ribs with the Yellow Mustard first and then rub ribs completely with BBQ Rib Rub.

3. Wrap ribs tightly and allow them to marinate overnight in the refrigerator.

4. Pre-heat oven to 275ºF.

5. Line the ribs up in a roasting pan and cover with foil.

6. Bake ribs for about 2 hours. Check to see if ribs are tender if not bake an additional 20 minutes.

7. Remove ribs from oven and finish them off on a grill with the Luau Sauce to caramelize the sugars and lock in the sauce.

8. Garnish with sliced Green Onions.
 

BBQ Rib Rub

Paprika- 1 T.
Brown Sugar- 1 T.
Granulated Garlic- ¾ tsp.
Onion Powder- ¾ tsp.
Ground Black Pepper- ½ tsp.
Lemon Pepper- ½ tsp
Salt- ½ tsp.

1. Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
 

Luau BBQ Sauce


Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
Pureed Peaches- 2 c.
Ketchup- ⅔ c.
Apple Cider Vinegar- ⅔ c.
Garlic Cloves, minced- 2 T.
Soy Sauce- ¼ c.
Fresh Grated Ginger- 1 T.

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan.

2. Simmer sauce for 20 minutes to meld flavors together.
