3/4 cup quality garlic infused olive oil (Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Fort Collins)
4 sprigs of fresh rosemary
1 large toe garlic
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/8 tsp ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Remove rosemary leaves from stems. Cut garlic in half and add to oil. Keep in olive oil in warm place 8 hours at room temperature. Swirl few times during the 8 hours. Filter out leaves. Add red pepper and black pepper. Store in refrigerator. You can add a fresh sprig of rosemary leaves on the stem when you store it.

You can probably leave the rosemary on the stem in the beginning but it's easier to filter if the stems are removed.
