5 lbs of potatoes
1 lb of bacon
3 tbsp flour
2 cups of hot water
1/3 cup vinegar
2/3 cup sugar
Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Boil clean potatoes with the skins on. Let cool completely.
Slice cold potatoes and set aside.
Cut bacon into little pieces, fry and remove from the pan.
Add flour to the remaining bacon fat after the bacon is removed.
Stir in water and boil.
Add the vinegar and sugar.
Pour hot mixture over the potatoes and serve warm.
Top with parsley.
