1 Lg. Onion
½ C. Butter
Parsley
Garlic Salt
Salt & Pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Wash whole potatoes and cut potatoes into slices or chunks and dig out small notches from potatoes at random.. Arrange on a large sheet of aluminum foil. Sprinkle with crushed parsley, garlic salt and salt and pepper. Cover with sliced onions and a pat of butter. Double wrap in foil and cook on grill.
Cook: on grill, medium flame
Time: 1 hour, turning frequently
