8 Potatoes
4 Strips bacon (cooked and crumbled)
2 C. Shredded Velveeta
1/3 C. Butter, melted
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Bake or broil potatoes with skins on. Let cool.
Dice the unpeeled potatoes.
Butter bottom of 9X13” baking dish.
Put in the potatoes, salt and pepper, cheese and bacon inside casserole.
Dribble butter over the top.

Bake: 350º (uncovered)
Time: until cheese is bubbly, approximately 20 minutes
