1 lb ground beef
1 block frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 c salsa
1 (8oz) cream cheese
1 Tbsp cumin
1/4 tsp salt

10 tortillas
2 c. salsa
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and drain. Add spinach, 1 cup salsa, cream cheese, cumin, and salt. Stir and cook until heated through. Spread salsa in bottom of rectangular baking dish. Fill each tortilla with beef/cream cheese mixture, roll up and place seam side down in pan. Pour salsa over filled tortillas and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
