1 c. sugar
3 1/2 Tbsp flour
1/4 c. margarine
2 c. cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 8-9" pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and sugar in saucepan. Gradually add cream to mixture and add margarine. Cook on medium heat, constantly stirring until mixture starts boiling. Remove from heat and let sit for 10 min. Add vanilla. Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375º F for 15 minutes, then at 325º F about 20-30 minutes, or until crust is golden brown. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

NOTE: This recipe is for a standard 8-9" crust. If the crust is larger or deep dish, you may have to double the recipe for the filling.
