2 1/2 c flour
1 tsp salt
1 egg, well beaten
1/4-3/4 c water
Directions:
Directions:
Sif flour and salt. Add egg and mix well. Add water gradually until stiff and smooth. Bring water to a boil and drop 1/2 tsp at a time and boil until they raise to the top of the water. Scoop them out and add more to the water and repeat. Add butter, salt and pepper to taste.
