2 lbs carrots, scrapped, sliced and cooked until tender, cooled and sliced
OR 3 cans of cooked carrots, drained
1 medium white onion, finely chopped
1 medium bell pepper, diced

Dressing:
1 can condensed tomato soup
½ C. sugar
⅔ C. vinegar
½ C, oil
1 t mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Place carrots, onion and bell pepper in serving dish. Mix dressing ingredients well and pour over carrot mixture. Let chill in refrigerator until ready to serve. Serve cold.
