Peel the cucumbers and slice. Put Mayonnaise on the bread ad pile on the cucumbers with salt and pepper. Enjoy!

Bruce remembers coming to visit for a week (or more) in the summer and making these sandwiches. But most memorable is the gas that he had afterward.
