1/2 cup Butter, softened
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
8 ounces Cream Cheese
8 ounces Whip Cream
1 package Instant French Vanilla Pudding Mix
3 cups Milk
1 package Oreo Cookies, 15oz
1⁄2 cup Butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip.
Mix pudding with milk, set aside and let stand a few minutes.
Add vanilla to butter/cream cheese mix, add to pudding and mix well. Add 1/2 of crushed oreo cookies.
Add other 1/2 of cookies to 1/2 cup melted butter. Press to bottom of 9x13-inch baking dish.
Pour batter mix over crust. Sprinkle with some crushed cookies. Cool overnight.
