1 head cauliflower (about 2 lbs) cut into bite size florets
cup extra virgin olive oil
5 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
tsp crushed red pepper
2 tsp kosher salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450.
2. Toss cauliflower with olive oil, garlic, salt, and red pepper and place on a baking sheet.
3. Roast until golden and tender (about 20 minutes).
4. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve.
