2 cups all purpose flour
Pinch of salt to taste
1 Tbsp. corn starch
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. soft butter
¾ cup cold water
Additional Corn Starch for rolling the khajas

Syrup
2 cups sugar
2 cups water
A few strands of Saffron
1 tsp. cardamom powder
1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add the dry ingredients, flour, sugar, salt and corn starch and mix together.
2. Add the soft butter and oil and mix well until it holds and is crumbly.
3. Slowly start adding the water
