About 3/4 inch round steak
Milk
Italian bread crumbs
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Pound round steak with a meat pounder until thin. Cut into serving size pieces. Soak meat in milk for 15 minutes. Dredge in breadcrumbs and fry until lightly browned and crispy. Does really well in an electric skillet.

This was a weekly meal in our home when we were young because with 5 kids it was very economical and tasty. Brings back memories.
