Linguini with Clam Sauce Recipe

1 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp finely chopped garlic
1 Tbsp flour
3 cans (6 ½ oz) minced clams, drained (reserve broth)
¼ cup bottled clam juice
¼ cup chopped parsely
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
¼ tsp thyme
½ tsp grated lemon peel
6 oz linguini, cooked according to pkg directions

1. In medium saucepan, heat the oil. Add garlic and sauté 1 minute.
2. Sprinkle in flour. Cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute.
3. Add reserved clam broth, clam juice, parsley, salt, pepper, and thyme. Simmer 10 minutes.
4. Add clams and lemon peel and heat through. Toss with linguini.
