2 pkgs frozen chopped spinach, drained
2 cups Pepperidge Farm stuffing (blue bag) or your choice
4 eggs
½ cup melted butter (1 stick)
1 onion, chopped
½ cup parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375º.
2. Mix all ingredients together and form into small balls.
3. Spray cookie sheet with Pam and bake for 20 minutes. Serve with toothpicks.
