3 C. self-rising flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. allspice
1 T. Baking powder
3 T. cinnamon
1 ¼ C. cooking oil
2 C. sugar
4 eggs
1 C. prepared pumpkin
1 C. chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Sift first 5 ingredients. Combine pumpkin, oil, sugar and eggs, beat well. Add dry mixture to pumpkin combination. Add nuts. turn into well greased tube pan. Bake 350º for about 50 minutes. Pecan halves may decorate top of cake.
