1 box German Chocolate cake mix
1 egg
1 stick soft margarine
2 C chopped nuts
1 8 oz cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box confectioners sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mix, 1 egg and margarine. Blend well. Fold in nuts. Put into greased 13 x 9 inch pan.

Topping:
Beat cream cheese, 3 eggs, vanilla and confectioners sugar until smooth. Spread evenly over dough in pan.
Bake 300º oven for 1 hour.
