Bacon Wrapped Dates |

Ingredients: |
Ingredients: Medjool Dates- 3 ea. Chorizo Mix- 3- ½ oz. Portions Bacon Strips- 3 ea. Marinara Sauce- 3 oz. Goat Cheese Creama- 1 T. Chives- 1 tsp.

Directions: |
Directions:1. Preheat oven to 400ºF degrees.
2. Take the Medjool Dates and make a slice on one side of each date, split them open and remove the pits.
3. Spoon a ½ ounce. of chorizo mix into each date.
4. Take a slice of bacon and wrap it around each date, and seal tightly.
5. Arrange the dates on a wire rack on a sheet tray and bake until bacon begins to brown and crisp; approximately 10 minutes.
6. Plate with a 3 ounce base of Marinara Sauce and three cooked dates.
7. Split a tablespoon of Goat Cheese Creama onto the top of each date.
8. Garnish with sliced chives. |

Ingredients: |
Ingredients: Uncooked Chorizo- ½ lb. Paprika- ¼ tsp. Granulated Garlic- ¼ tsp.

Directions:1. Remove chorizo from its casing (if applicable) and place into a mixing bowl.
2. Add Paprika and Granulated Garlic to bowl with chorizo.
3. Mix well to fully incorporate seasonings with chorizo.

Goat Cheese Creama |

Ingredients: Goat Cheese- ¼ c. Sour Cream- ⅓ c.

Directions:1. Place goat cheese and sour cream in food processor and pulse until smooth.
