2 Tbl Butter
2 Tbl Brown Sugar
3/4 Cup Pecans
4 Cups Fresh Spinach
1/2 Medium Red Onion, chopped
1 Cup Real Bacon bits
1/2 Cup Poppyseed dressing

Directions:
Directions:
1. In small skillet, melt butter
2. In small bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar until sugar is dissolved
3. Add pecans to bowl, until coated
4. Place pecans on wax paper and refrigerate until pecans harden
5. Separate pecans
6. In large bowl, mix spinach, onion, bacon and candied pecans
7. Serve with poppyseed dressing - on the side or mixed in
