2 c rice (uncooked)
1 lb meat (sliced in thin strips)
1 c green peas (frozen)
4 eggs
1 c chopped green onions
Sauce:
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. water

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate meat for two to three hours in 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar,1 tbsp soy sauce and 1/2 tsp baking soda. Beat eggs and make omlette and cut into thin strips. Turn heat high and brown meat in hot peanut oil (1 1/2 tbsp). Pour in sauce. Continue stirring until sauce thickens. Turn heat down and add cooked rice and peas. When mixed thoroughly add onions and eggs. Make sure to wash the rice under cold water three times before using it to cook.
