1 pound ground veal
1 pound ground pork
1 cup bread crumbs, Italian or plain
2 eggs (optional third egg)
1 medium onion, grated

Preheat oven to 350º.

Combine onion, eggs and bread crumbs together; add veal and pork, mix well.

Place meat mixture into a loaf pan, cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 1½ to 2 hours. Uncover meatloaf for the last 10 minutes of baking to allow meatloaf to brown
