1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 pound pork sausage, original recipe
15 large jalapeño peppers

Directions:
Directions:

Cut peppers in half and remove all seeds.

Depending on how spicy you want the peppers to be, you can either remove the vein inside the pepper for a milder taste or leave the vein if you want them extra spicy.

Cook the sausage, drain any excess grease.

Add 1 cup of Parmesan to cream cheese. Once blended, add cooked sausage; stuff peppers. Line peppers on a cookie sheet and bake for 25 to 30 minutes in a 350º oven or until golden brown.
