32 ounces frozen hash browns, thawed
16 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can of milk to dilute
1 cup corn flakes, crushed
¼ stick of butter, melted
¼ cup onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Mix sour cream, onion, soup, cheese and milk together; add potatoes, salt and pepper to taste. Place mixture in a 9” x 13” baking dish.

Melt butter; mix with cornflakes; sprinkle on top of potatoes. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
