1 can (8 ounces) pineapple tidbits in unsweetened juice, undrained
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
¼ teaspoon Apple Pie spice
1 teaspoon corn starch
4 (4 ounce) slices smoked ham

Directions:

In a medium bowl combine pineapple with juice, brown sugar, apple spice and cornstarch; blend well. Set aside.

Spray a 12 inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add ham slices; cover and cook for three minutes.

Turn ham. Add pineapple mixture to skillet around the ham; stir gently. Cover; cook 3 to 4 minutes or until pineapple mixture thickens slightly and ham is thoroughly heated. To serve; stir pineapple mixture and spoon onto ham slices.
