1 pound poached salmon
¼ cup cracker meal
1 small onion, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
2 tsp. Adobo seasoning
2 tbsp. garlic powder
1 egg, beaten
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well. Shape the salmon mixture into patties. In a non-stick frying pan, heat 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil. Brown each patty until golden brown about 4 to 5 minutes each side. Garnish patty cake with tartar sauce, hot sauce or a squeeze of lemon.
