52 Oreo cookies
1 stick of butter

3 lbs cream cheese at room temp
1 1/2 cups sugar (no less)
6 eggs - separated
3T vanilla
2 tsp lemon juice

3 cups sour cream (720 grams)
3/8 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Use the food processor to grind cookies and add butter till mixed.
Bake crusts for 10 minutes at 300 degrees.

Mix cream cheese and sugar for about 15 minutes till well mixed.
Add the eggs yolks while whipping, one egg at a time and beat till well mixed, but not too much.
Add vanilla and lemon juice just till mixed.
Bake at 300 for about 45 minutes. Wrap the bottom of the pan with foil so butter won't leak out.

Remove from oven and add topping. Bake for additional 10 minutes at 300 degrees.
Cool one hour before putting in the fridge.
