1 Tbsp Minced Basil [1 tsp dried]

1 Tbsp Chopped Parsley (Italian is best) [1 tsp dried]

1 Tbsp Minced Garlic

1 tsp Dried Thyme

1 tsp Dried Oregano

1 tsp Dried Rosemary

1 tsp Ground Black Pepper

1/2 tsp Kosher Salt

1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

1/2 tsp Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients, EXCEPT oil and lemon.

Put in a small food processor. Chop briefly until all ingredients are about the same consistency. Now Stir in oil and lemon juice.

TO SERVE: Combine about 1 1/2 teaspoons spice blend to 3 to 4 tablespoons olive oil on a small Dish.
