¼ tsp Salt
1 C Water
1 C Flour
4 Eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Place ½ cup shortening, ¼ teaspoon salt, and 1 cup water in a medium saucepan. Bring water to boil and stir until shortening is melted. Add 1 cup sifted flour. Beat in a saucepan over heat at speed 2 until mixture forms smooth mass and comes away from sides of pan. Remove from heat. Add 4 eggs, one at a time. Beat mixture at speed 2 for about 30 seconds after the addition of each egg. drop by spoonfuls 2 inches apart on greased baking sheets. Bake at 450º for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 400º and bake 25 minutes longer.
