7 egg whites
1½ cups sugar
1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
1½ cups pecans, coarsely chopped
1½ cups coconut
9 inch pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325 degrees. In large bowl, combine all ingredients together until well mixed. Pour into pie shell. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until glossy and set. Remove from oven and cool.

You can top with bananas and cool whip. I don't like bananas so I just use cool whip or ice cream. I first tried this a Patty's which is a restaurant at Kentucky Lake. It is called sawdust pie because when you mix it together it is grainy like sawdust.
