2 cups brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup sour cream
1 T butter
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugars and cream in medium-sized heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until the mixture reaches soft ball stage. Remove from heat. add butter and vanilla (do not stir) and let mixture cool down down. Then beat mixture. It will start to thicken Pour over chocolate cake - it will harden to a fudge-like consistency.
