2 large Pkg lime or red jello
1 small pkg lime or red jello
4C Boiling Water
4C Sugar
2 cans 46 oz pineapple juice
2C Real Lemon (the bottled kind)
3/4oz Almond Extract (1 1/2 tbl imitation is fine)
9C Cold Water
2 Bottled ginger ale or 7up liters

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Jello in the boiling water, add sugar, pineapple juice, lemon juice, almond extract and cold water. Stir well. Freeze in 2 ice cream buckets. Take out of Freezer several hours before serving. Work with spoon so it becomes slushy and add ginger ale or 7up. will serve 50-70
