1 Stick of sweet cream butter
2 Garlic Cloves minced
Small Heavy whipping cream
1C Mozzarella
1C Grated Parmesan
White pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter with the minced garlic in a sauce pan on low heat so you don't burn the butter
Add Whipping cream slowly and stir consistently.
add mozzarella and Parmesan slowly. Stir until desired consistency.

Pour over pasta
I like to add grilled chicken to mine and sometimes broccoli
