Tenderized Round steak
3 cans of cream of mushroom
Garlic Salt
Pepper
Flour
Vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Coat each side of the steak with flour and cook in skillet of hot oil.
Cooking both sides of meat, about 1 min. on each side.

Cover the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish with cream of mushroom, just enough to coat the bottom
Put the cooked steak into the baking dish.
Sprinkle pepper and garlic salt on top of the steak
Put 3 cans of cream of mushroom in the dish and spread out evenly.


Cook on 350 degrees for 2 hours.


After cooking for 1 hrs, stir mixture a little bit.
