1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
½ cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
1⅓ cup coconut
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk, sugar, egg yolks, butter, and vanilla in pan. Cook and stir over medium heat until thick - about 12 minutes. Add coconut and pecans. Beat until thick and cool.
