2 lbs pork loin
1 tsp ground sage
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 clove crushed garlic
½ cup water
½ cup brown sugar
1 tbsp corn starch
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
½ cup water
2 tbsp soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sage, salt, pepper and garlic.
Rub over the tenderloin. Place ½ cup water into crock pot; place in the tenderloin.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
An hour before the roast is done, mix together the brown sugar, cornstarch, vinegar, water, soy sauce in a sauce pan.
Heat over medium until it thickens- about 4 minutes
Brush roast with glaze 2 to 3 times during the last hour of cooking.
For a more cararmelized crust, remove from crock pot and place on an lined pan, glaze and set under the broiler for 1-2 minutes until bubbly and caramelized. Repeat 2-3 more times until the desired crust is achieved.
Serve with glaze on the side
