4lb Chicken Wings tips discarded
3 to 4 Tbsp Canola Oil
1 Tbsp Salt
2 C Homemade Espresso Sauce or Choice BBQ Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1, Preheat oven to 375º. Line large baking sheet with foil. In large bowl toss wings with oil to coat, add Salt and toss again.
2 Spread wings on baking sheet in single layer. Roast in oven for 25 minutes, then raise temperature to 400º and roast 12 to 15 minutes to crisp the skin.
3. Place wings less drippings into large bowl adding 1 C of BBQ Sauce to wings and toss to coat. Reline the baking sheet with foil, lightly greased. Transfer wings back to baking sheet return to oven for 8 to 10 minutes to caramelize glaze.
4. Serve warm with extra sauce on side for dipping.
