Miracle Whip
Sweet Pickle Relish
Small pimento stuffed green olives
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Slice a dozen eggs in half (lengthwise). Place the egg yolks in a medium sized bowl. Add additional hard cooked egg yolks to make enough filling for 24 shells. Mash the eggs yolks to a paste (add a little Miracle Whip if needed to accomplish this). Add a Tbs of sweet pickle relish and stir. Add a little (less than 1/4 tsp) of relish juice and stir. Add Miracle Whip to taste and to be sure there is enough filling. Place filling in a zip lock bag and seal. Cut one corner of bag and pipe the filling into each of the shells. Cut olives in half and place face up in the center of the filling. Dust all eggs with Paprika. Chill and serve.

Not your usual mayonnaise and mustard eggs! Very tasty and nice presentation. There's never any left on the tray! However, they can ruin your dinner.
