½ cup milk
1 cup natural peanut butter
3 tbsp honey
1¼ cup chocolate or vanilla protein powder
2 cups rolled oats -uncooked
optional: Melted dark chocolate for drizzle

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium pot, combine milk, peanut butter and honey over low heat. Stir just until all the ingredients are well combined and warmed through. Add protein powder and oats. Stir to combine well. If mixture is too thick, add a small amount of milk.
Lightly grease an 8" x 8" pan. Press mixture evenly into the pan, using enough pressure to compress mixture into desired bar thickness.
Allow bars to cool. Cut into squares.
if desired, drizzle with melted chocolate and let cool.
Wrap in an airtight container and store at moderate room temperature for up to one week.
