6 Granny Smith apples (or a combination of Granny Smith and Honey Crisp, etc. -- your choice)
1 bag miniature marshmallows
4 celery ribs, chopped
1 Cup raisens
1/2-3/4 Cup chopped walnuts
Miracle Whip, to taste

Directions:
Peel, core and chop apples. Place in a large bowl. Clean and chop celery ribs. Add to bowl of apples. Add half the bag of marshmallows, 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts, and the full cup of raisens. Stir. Start by adding 1/2 cup of Miracle Whip. Taste to see if enough Miracle Whip, if not, add about 1/4 cup at a time until desired consistency. Should have a nice distribution of applies, celery, marshmallows, raisens and nuts. If it looks like on ingredient is under-represented, add more a little at a time. Chill thoroughly.
