Layer 1
1 stick butter
1 cup flour
1 T sugar
I cup chopped nuts

Layer 2
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup cool whip
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese

Layer 3
1 3¼ oz. instant chocolate pudding
1 3¼ oz. vanilla instant pudding

Layer 4
Rest of cool whip
1 large chocolate bar (shaved)
Chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix melted utter, nuts, flour, and sugar together. Press into 8 x 8 pan. Bake at 325º for 20 minutes. Let cool. Mix layer 2 ingredients together. Pour on crust. For layer 3, prepare instant puddings as directed on label and layer each over cream cheese. For layer 4, add cool whip and top with chocolate and nuts. Refrigerate for several hours before serving
