Crust
½ cup butter
1 cup flour
¼ cup brown sugar
½ cup fin chopped nuts

Filling
1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
½ cup powdered sugar
½ large carton cool whip

Topping
1 large pkg instant chocolate pudding
2 cups milk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust ingredients together and put on cookie sheet. Spread thin, bake at 375º for 15 minutes. Crumble into 8 x 8 dish. Mix filling and pour over cooled crust. Pour topping on top of that. Spread the rest of the cool whip on top. Top with shaved chocolate and nuts, if desired. Refrigerate.
