Vinaigrette
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon fresh chopped basil
1 teaspoon fresh chopped oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram (optional)
3 tablespoons lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
3/4 cup olive oil
Salt, to taste
Freshly ground pepper, to taste

Pasta Salad
2 cups Fusilli or any other short pasta of your choice
1 English Cucumber, diced
1 1/2 cups Grape Tomatoes, halved
1 cup sliced pitted Olives
1/2 cup sliced Red Onions
1/2 cup Feta Cheese, cubed or crumbled
3/4 cup Greek Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together vinaigrette dressing ingredients and keep refrigerated for up to a week OR you can also use a bottled Greek vinaigrette dressing.

1. Cook the pasta according to package directions till al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to avoid the pasta from sticking together.
2. In a large serving bowl, combine all the ingredients and pour the dressing over them. Toss well.
3. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours before serving.
